Wello Lingolingo drilled the game-winning off the glass jumper to give the UE Red Warriors their fifth straight win at the expense of the Adamson Soaring Falcons, 63-62, in the UAAP Season 87 men’s basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena on October 6, 2024.
Eclipsing their win-total last season, Lingolingo and the Red Warriors rose to 5-2 and tied their longest winning run in 10 years or since Season 77 in 2014.
