Defending champion De La Salle blasted Adamson, 70-45, at the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion on Oct. 19, 2024 to clinch its sixth straight win and secure a Final Four berth in the UAAP Season 87 men’s basketball tournament. The Green Archers improved to 9-1, a record that will be enough to make the semis as five teams have at least six losses, including the fifth seeded Soaring Falcons who dropped to 3-6 after the loss to La Salle.
