LONDON Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Philippines has achieved a Great Place to Work certification for this year.
A global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, Great Place To Work recognizes companies that prioritize their employees’ well-being and foster an inclusive environment.
Following independent feedback, 79 percent of LSEG employees in the Philippines affirmed that the company is a great place to work.
In particular, 90 to 92 percent of colleagues feel people are treated fairly regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation; 88 percent are made to feel welcome at LSEG; and 86 percent are proud to work at the company.
