MANILA, Philippines — Former actor John Wayne Sace was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly shot his friend resulting in his death in Pasig City.
Initial reports said that Sace allegedly shot the victim, identified as Lynell Eugenio at Barangay Sagad around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
The Pasig City Police said the two were having a conversation which led to an argument
It was there that Sace drew a.45 caliber pistol and shot the victim at close range.
Eugenio sustained four gunshot wounds.
A follow up operation was conducted which led to the arrest of Sace at a hotel not far from the city center.
Police recovered the gun used as Sace was now under police custody.
