MANILA, Philippines — A day after his appearance at the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on extrajudicial killings (EJKs), former president Rodrigo Duterte joined the Office of the Vice President in giving relief aid to victims of Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine.”
According to the OVP, the father of Vice President Sara Duterte visited the wake of those who were killed from a landslide last October 24 in Talisay, Batangas.
He was joined by the OVP’s Special Projects Division and Public Assistance division to provide burial assistance to the surviving family members.
The former president also joined the OVP in the relief operations of the OVP in Laurel and Talisay towns.
